Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Entry

This is a synopsis of the award entry I helped create for Prudential Hong Kong (I cannot share the full report for confidentially reasons), which helped them win a Merit Award from the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA). With this annual Quality Award, the HKMA seeks not just to reward, but also bring public recognition to those organisations that have achieved outstanding standards of quality and made a lasting commitment to the process of quality management.
